"When I started to study more about loose play, I discovered my artistic side once more."

Before Veronica embarked on her creative journey she was wearing many different roles: an early childhood educator and the mother of a son diagnosed with autism.

The instructor ran an accredited preschool from her home, and was learning to handle her son's particular requirements. It was apparent that the standard curriculum wasn't working therefore Veronica visited the library for ways to be successful for her students as well as her son.

This resulted in Veronica into "loose parts play" that is a playful, child-led learning method where children make use of unique everyday objects as well as their imaginations to make sense of the surroundings. They investigate, solve problems and invent, engage in divergent thinking, and the most important thing is to have fun.

Veronica discovered other techniques for training children with curiosity and exploration on the first list.

The creative ideas, perseverance and determination proved fruitful. Veronica was able to identify the communication styles of her son and his manner of behavior, and also provide help to the kids in her care.

"Going through this really formed who I am now as an educator, as well as a person" Veronica explains. "It allowed me to see the world differently with new viewpoints."

"My son has been my biggest teacher, to view the world from an entirely different angle and be different from the grain...and enjoy a lot of fun throughout the process," Veronica says on her website . "My son has taught me all the things I've learned."

Veronica was convinced that the teaching techniques she was researching could aid early childhood educators to reach countless children, and she was hoping to one day share her findings with a huge number of people.

"I recorded my first lessonon my phone at Starbucks after 10 hours of work And I'm going."

One of the first items Veronica created was an online course on sensory concerns. It contains the latest research findings and personal experience having worked alongside her son.

"I took my first class on my smartphone at Starbucks at the end of my 10-hour work days and still keep it on my phone. The same format remains. I haven't changed it. Patients are able to receive answers and the help they require after they've taken the medication. It's a great event, and I'm grateful to be part of this."

Veronica's authenticity made her course distinct from the rest offered. By sharing the real struggles and triumphs of her life, Veronica helped other families as well as teachers feel comfortable and empowered.

The host discusses how early childhood educators have been taught to be "on" all the time and not be in a position to feel emotion. The show also has a human component by talking about real-life challenges as well as how her family faced these difficulties.

"A lot of it involved sharing our stories. I'm excited to discuss good, poor, and even the less-than-great events because that's what we've gained from." Veronica explains.

In addition to her well-known class, Veronica is also offering live classes which she then repackages and offers as replays on demand.

The classes will include topics including playing with loose parts and designing spaces with a sense of curiosity which teachers can utilize to enhance their professional development .

"I am a huge fan of being present when I'm teaching and in person as I'm more and present in the current moment. While recording I find that I'm into my thoughts and I'm unable to remember what I'm uttering. .... However, when I'm talking via Zoom in a class I'm at ease. I've had notes. It's all set. Also, I think it's better to have the data that way."

"The solution has been many of the major problems I had in the field of technology. It also allowed me to spend more time on my business rather than focusing on solving my business's problems. That's massive. I didn't realize how much time I spent [troubleshooting] until I finally was capable of moving everything to."

We'll be looking at different methods Veronica has found success in her writing and will also offer some suggestions for those looking to become creators.

"For the initial three years in my company the focus was on creating material. Now, I don't have to create any more. I want to make it more efficient."

In terms of the creation of content Veronica has realized that it is not a assurance that content created by more people will be more effective. Her advice to content creators is to remember that they do not have to be on the hamster wheel of continuously releasing new content.

For Veronica it's not all about the quantities, but more about quality.

blog entries

"I'm all about recycling the material. Always. Every video I've ever created ..., has been utilized to the maximum."

Repurposing content is the process to take a single artistic workpiece and transform it into various media and channels.

"I'm always interested in repurposing things. Always. Each and every video I've produced, ..., it's used at its maximum," she explains.

"I just created the following YouTube clip which was inspired by a text blog post which is written exceptionally efficiently. .... It's time to add the video on the blog. In the meantime, I'll share it on my social media channels on the clip. I make clips and quotes I share the photos, and I create carousels. .... Following that I email my subscribers on it."

Veronica believes that creators shouldn't feel pressured to create fresh content when they are able to typically repurpose content they already have in inventive ways. When you reformat existing content, you can do it more efficiently rather than working harder.

"I recognize that every person nowadays says that you have to create new content every week. For me, as a creator It's exhausting for me to keep doing this. If I'm in awe of what I'm capable of creating, it's going to be fantastic. However, if I'm not impressed by something, it's not likely to be successful. If I receive just one blog or video each month, then I'm happy with it."

However, there's one aspect Veronica performs every week, regardless of the day and that's sending a message to her email list.

"I've repeatedly sent emails on a weekly basis ever since I set it as a priority over everything else and the results have been phenomenal."

In the beginning, when she decided to start offering classes, she was surprised by how owners of different businesses were able to attract new customers.

Since since that time, word of mouth along with social media has proven to be huge growth drivers according to Veronica's lists. In addition, she provides various lead magnets for gratis that are specifically targeted at her targeted customers.

Since people must sign up for your email list to obtain leads, everybody benefits. Creators can attract customers who find themselves drawn to their fields of expertise. In addition, people are able to learn new things.

Since the beginning of the year Veronica is making it her aim to email her subscribers every week. The PDF newsletter was canceled. newsletter, and is now writing directly from her heart.

"Now, I use my weekly emails as a creative outlet. On Mondays, I get my laptop on to kick off my work week with a new email, then I compose my Sunday email for the next week. I plan out what articles I'd like to compose and then I simply compose my thoughts. That's how I try to make my writing more serious and develop my craft. This is more genuine. It's more me."

The importance of authenticity is the mainstay of Veronica's work, and the emails she sends out each week do not differ.

"Carve your space to build your expertise."

One of the most important advice Veronica provides to help you succeed? Take time to work on your skills.

Don't get so involved in running your business that you forget the reason you began. Take time to enjoy the activities you're teaching, and enhancing your understanding.

"Carve out that space to focus on your work. Whatever it may be," Veronica advises. "When you begin a firm, you're not performing what you've always done. The majority of your time is spent working with the company, not doing it."

Last but certainly not least is that Veronica emphasizes how important it is to follow your own path . Don't let comparisons and outside views cause you to forget your goal.

"Listen to what people discuss and share however, take everything in the form of a little tidbit of information," she explains. "You don't know everything that's happening in the background. It's not clear if they have a staff of. There's no way to know the budget they have to put into marketing. There's no way to be aware details about that. What they're sharing is only one aspect of the story, and you don't know the entire scenario."

"That is a connotation that could cause you to be slowing down and prevent you in your progress. Pay attention to the comparison. However, ask yourself how could I use this to my circumstance? Don't be compelled to recreate it exactly the same for it to be useful for your clients."

This video is a reprise of Veronica's advice about creating content and establishing a workflow that works for your life style.

When the digital marketing world advised her to release each week something new, Veronica tried it -however she knew it wasn't the best idea for her company. The company didn't earn any revenue as she spent her time making pieces.

Today, Veronica has honed her technique for operation. She produces fewer pieces of content each month, but she does not compromise in quality. All of her work is focused on generating more income in the process, expanding her reach, and getting her work in the hands of the top early childhood educators.

"It was a lengthy amount of time for me to be free of any suggestion people make about how I could do it. My voice was lost because of it," she recalls.

"You must figure out how to make this life fit your needs. Everyone has personal circumstances. Everyone's tale is different. It's possible to get there. You must believe that you're capable of doing it. It's true. This is going to be a mystery. It'll be an utter annoyance. You're getting ready to end the situation, but first you need to convince yourself."
