Teachers often find selling to be unpleasant and unnatural. There is however a way to sell in a more natural and sustainable way using the way of teaching.
I have conversations daily with artists and creators. I've conducted research on several hundred (maybe thousand?) of creators at any scale. of creators on any scale. However, if there's just one important lesson that could be gained from the interaction with the creators we love, it's that:

Sell hampers "course creation ability and enthusiasm," one told me. "It's not something that we're accustomed to, or skilled in," another says. "I realize how vital marketing can be, but are you able to formulate an effective marketing strategy? This isn't my area of expertise."
