The most glaring flaw of Articulate Rise

Dec 9, 2022

The whole presentation is incredible. It is also matched with the modifications they've made to their line of goods.

Since the beginning, Articulate has been known for Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline along with a host of other software designed to make it easier for educators to design their own courses.

The company has now added a thrilling mobile-learning component to Articulate Rise and it looks great ..., and at least is appealing when you look at from a distance.

From one perspective from a certain angle, the software appears fantastic and, If it's anything similar to other Articulate products, the learning curve is small. However, when you get under your hood, you may be shocked at the things that you see (I am sure I was).

This is a big deal.

This is crucial because acceptance by the industry of Tin Can API has been an uphill battle given how firmly the SCORM model has been ingrained within the industry. If one of the largest businesses in the market does not use Tin Can API for their new product, they are doing the field of online learning huge harm.

I haven't found any information which suggests Tin Can API is on the Rise timeline (if you have a clue you can share it in the comments) But it's ridiculous to not include it right from the beginning with all truth.

It's up to me to consider what the reason is for releasing a cutting-edge software that doesn't include advanced reporting techniques?
