"We all recognize that content most creators have a terrible time burning out from the production and distribution side of things," starts Amanda Northcutt, founder of Level Up Creators. "So we are thrilled to assist creators maximize their content distribution opportunities."

Her business at Level Up Creators is a reflection of the companies they teach people how to manage and apply what they teach using the same methods for maximizing these distribution opportunities. "We consider source content to be a longform video or audio, or an ebook, or perhaps a 5,000-word essay," she explains. "This is a substantial amount of material from which you could get blogs, emails, lead magnets and dozens of social media post.

"I'm not saying repeat everything you already said in the YouTube video However, you may take an additive or a reductive approach," she says. "You could summarize key points of your video's 10 minutes in a newsletter or conversely you can write an article and elaborate on a specific point. There's a chance that you'll have a brand new source content if you do that."

Amanda says that this is just one approach for helping creators think more strategically about how they can grow their business. The aim here is to make use of already existing material in the best possible way "Successful people know which levers they should pull in order to reap the maximum return. Helping with diffusion and distribution of content right out of the gate." Amanda and her team support the tactical mentality and assist with creating the creation of content. "This helps to decrease burnout and overwhelm and stress for a creative person to be able to can have free creative space within their minds."

Level Up Creators can also take administrative tasks off a creator's task. "We're taking care of DMs and emails, as well as calendars as well as gatekeeping and brand agreements We also handle the management of talent as well. Then we move on to developing a roadmap to the product, making awesome stuff, and promoting the product!" The team helps creators take care of the "the prerequisites to get them to a point at which this conversation is recognized as the one it requires".

Amanda and her team will "have people let their minds to think big," she says. "We are interested in understanding where the creator wants to take them: lifestyle design considerations, and income targets. We assist in putting together an over-the-long-term strategy that includes the mission, vision as well as the values and objectives that make up what's known as the North Star of a company. That's what everybody looks to when making a decision, at least in an ideally run business."

From the mindset to marketing

After the process of thinking and the release of creativity brain power is done, Level Up Creators take a look at particular products like memberships and online masterclasses which are suited to the creator's vision and match these visions. "For instance, we think about how creating a membership product align with our long-term plan?' - that's the test that we use to determine if something is right."

"We can do collaborations in collaboration with different creators. We can do brand deals. We can start your own line of merchandise. You can do high-ticket individual coaching, as well as group-based coaching. We look at the solution set and determine which product we can pack it into and we then assist in bringing them to market."

Level Up Creators also wants to ensure that their clients are in good contact with their network of businesses and creators as well as others that aren't competing, but tangentially linked companies or have identical publics.

Amanda is a believer in sharing audiences: "a rising tide lifts all boats and the pie can always be greater," she smiles. "It's not like, 'If I do share my audience with them, they're going to go away and never return' - because they're following you to a purpose." Therefore, affiliate programs, and other similar ones are incredibly important and Level Up Creators connects everything with marketing automation.

Marketing automation may sound rather technical but Amanda promotes it in a way that is as convincing as everything else. "It's the system that lets the creators communicate with their customers, on a the scale of. It's an behind-the-scenes automated sales machine working for you around the clock according to your subscriber's terms.

It connects each digital interaction you make to your clients and potential customers with a backend tool or two carefully designed to guide your customers through the customer journey, which can lead to the buying.

"We're very active with email lists and we're big on partner marketing," Amanda adds. "When you do the right thing with your marketing strategy your subscriber will be in control. They only see content that is relevant to them. This is a great system. We want to get users to join that ecosystem of email.

"Then we want to provide the same value over and over again, consistently strategically and in a larger plan," Amanda concludes. "We are looking to be sure that we're delivering value before we ask people to buy things. However, we will request people to buy something as we're selling items that make lives better, right? !"
