Today we've launched the launch of a innovative new metrics and analytics platform which can help you tackle the tough questions you need to answer in order to improve your company, as well as surprise data geeks and beginners alike.

Monitoring metrics without worry

When it comes to metrics, less is more. So to get through the clutter, we're tracking 5 key member-related metrics, and then displaying them in an approachable way so you can stay focused on member growth and retention.

Worry-free metrics tracking

This is what we're monitoring: ( expanded / new)

  • Monthly recurring revenue is the single most crucial metric used by the business of membership. It answers the question: How much money will I make? Our metrics now provide the rationale that they are there (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net revenue shows you the amount of money you made this month (minus refunds) as well as where the money originated from.
  • Members who pay allows you to explore the total amount of recurring members on your accountas well as the modifications to that amount.
  • Churn shows how much money that you've lost -- voluntary or involuntary -- along with the amount churned.
  • Trials shows you the number of members who have decided to continue with a recurring subscription even after their trial expires.

Comparing metrics across different plans

We've created a dedicated view of all five metrics, and provided you with the ability to easily compare MRR net revenue, Paying Members and the Churn over 5 programs: easily find out what's working, what's not, and where to double up.

Explore the specifics

Click any value on a table, and we'll direct you to the related calendar month, and show a listing of data points which make up the total value. For example, if you added $1500 as new members to your MRR during June, you'll be in a position to see MRR, charted by each day in June, as well as a list of related members.
