In today's chaotic world these connections may bring pleasure and offer a reason for people to remain.
What lessons have you absorbed in your studies ?
I have found that effective communication is key in customer support whether either in person or via the web. Although online support might look easier, using the wrong tone or using the wrong language could lead to customer frustration.
This is why our PREACH communication model (Proud Reliable, Honest Humane, Empathic, Articulate, Human) is essential when helping every client.

Three ways to ensure satisfaction customer support:
- If you have questions, ask additional questions in order to understand your customer's needs and to find the root of their problem.
- Keep in touch if you do not hear from us. Customers are grateful for your efforts to keep track throughout as everyone's working.
