Offers API Release
We have released a new API for Offers that allows users to present cross-sells, upsells additional offers, add-ons and other deals to potential buyers during each and every interaction with customers.
Tax Exemption Updates Digital Invoicing
Now, users are able to add a tax exemption ID to quotes created within the App and from through the Quotes API. The change is applicable to any country that the government collects taxes.
Revised Zip Coding Requirements in North America
In both the USA as well as Canada Users will have to enter zip or postal codes respectively. This allows us to validate more precise tax exemption numbers at the time of quote creation. This applies to the quotes generated by users and also quotes created by end-customers of users.
Expanded support for tax exemption in Orders originated from Japan
Customers who sell in Japan have the option of entering the JCT tax ID when conducting B2B transactions. They will receive a 0% rate and report the tax directly under reverse accounting.
