Small business operator who hails from Brooklyn Carmen Ladipo, her interest in baking was evident from the age of seven. "I've always been a fan of sweets since I can remember," Carmen tells . "In my middle school days I attended a class that was very similar to Home Economics, where we learned how to bake cookies. After I had figured out my capacity to keep my hunger for sweets at my own rate, I was on an idea of what I wanted to do."
It wasn't until a few years later when Carmen started to make cash from her passion of baking. She started an online store selling small quantities of cookies venture on her own. "I'd had just moved to New York City, and tried to think of ways to be a good acquaintance in my later years" Carmen says.
