In just 9 years, it's not going to surprise anyone to hear that Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Awards! Jon is a Senior Solutions architect who has demonstrated the meaning behind the fundamental values we hold dear - Create an Impact, Attempt to know, and Act With Urgency. This is evident in his lifestyle that's focused on passion and compassion.
Jon's impact on is evident from the outstanding relations Jon is able to build with colleagues as well as customers. When he was working out of the Amsterdam office, he effortlessly was in constant contact with the whole team in the office. He helped build our relationships around the globe. There were numerous meetings one-onone with members of our team of sales. They included AEs managers, SDRs, and AEs. Most notable of this collaboration between countries was the change in Jon's schedule to a new time of day that allowed Jon to begin working early for a period of four weeks to oversee the Sales Engineering Engineer, Marco Aguero. Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd like to congratulate you for receiving the Springie award. It's been a while since we announced it. We sincerely hope you weren't stunned when we made our announcement.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. We are a group in the PSI team- one of the most impressive teams I've had the pleasure of being member of. What they had to say about what I'm involved in was truly moving. But, as fast they can also be reversed and aimed at any of them. All of us have backs. Whatever any one of us accomplishes individually is credited to the group, and can be equally bad. So if something goes wrong and there is a problem, we all work together to correct the problem. This is why I wouldn't have have accomplished it without the assistance of my friends. They are extremely important to me. And, I mean greater than any other award. This award was absolutely wonderful to be awarded.
Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. It was also an unforgettable experience to be the observer as everyone on your team have the opportunity to gather telling stories about their experiences. And it's great to learn how important your team members are to your experience that you've experienced at the workplace. When you think about your own experiences in your Springie Award, and living by the principles of Being a Changemaker, seeking to learn and doing your job efficiently What tips could you provide to individuals - You've been here for nearly 9 years. What do you need to do to make sure you adhere to these values? What can you do to bring these values into your the world?
Jon Tewes:You have to know that I've been involved in several companies, each with various beliefs. What values I currently have present and closely align with my fundamental values. Therefore, the lack of living them is weird to me. It's true that this isn't a conscious choice, but something I work to achieve. It's how I manage my day-to-day daily life. Being a positive influence and knowing what you do are fundamental concepts that guide the way I manage my day-to-day work. In reality, we work closely with sellers who have gained acceptance. It's about establishing a relationship with the sellers, helping them recognize the issue to find a answer quickly and give them the most pleasant experience to sell. It's that I am doing in my day-to-day life. I'm happy to have a business that matches what I'm doing. it. There's no need to think about it.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's not difficult to forget about it when it's a part of who you are. When you reflect on your time here, what were your favorite features of your time here?
Jon Tewes:Well there's a reason I've been with him for quite a while. However, at the core of me I'm ecstatic to complete my project. What's the reason?
