Q: Can my existing certificates be impacted?
A: Yes, your existing certificates won't be affected. Since we are rolling this feature in the beginning as an add-on it means that the legacy method for certificate creation still is in place and will therefore not be changed.
Q: What is the reason I need to install an add-on?
A: In order to ensure compatibility with backwards versions and to keep the plugin size as low as it can be, we initially launched the builder of certificates as an add-on to the size of PDF generation libraries. Eventually this will be merged into core.
The certificate builder is only compatible using the default WordPress Gutenberg block editor, making it more user-friendly and compatible. We decided not to create the feature a central feature for relying on third-party plugins, like a page creator.
Q: I can't see the add-on, how do I make it be visible?
A: To begin it is necessary to have having an active license. If that is already installed and activated, then click on the "Check Again button at the top right corner of the screen, under LMS > Add-ons. If it does not appear, try clicking"Third Party "Third Party" hyperlink on the page for add-ons, then click again to "" and click the Check Again button.
