Louise Cherry Barber: Danica, you are Our Springie Award Winner for our 3rd quarter of 2023! Tell me about the significance of you to be awarded the Springie Award here at ?
Danica Larsen:It is really satisfying and very happy to know that I include a significant section of my unique personality -- into my everyday activities. It was nice to know that others had seen it, and it was recognized and praised by a positive and optimistic attitude. in addition to the fact that it was not solely because of achieving a set amount, which was the way I was recognized and different workplaces I've been at, but because of the person that I am as well as all the achievements which I've achieved outside of the confines of one specific number. It was really nice to be acknowledged as a person. It was really touching.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing and definitely merits recognition. One thing that I'm curious about is for you to talk about certain highlights that is, the time the time you were interviewed or, more specifically, working on the project you performed on the benchmarking program was highlighted by some persons. Do you have more details about that?
Danica Larsen:Yes it's true that I've done a great deal of work, like I'm so excited to have been recognized. I think I was slightly surprised see the benchmarking initiative as one of the initiatives that was praised in the sense that it's still early in the process of the process, with a ton of work to be completed. It's great the enthusiasm of everyone about the initiative. The initiative will provide several benefits. I truly hope that it will bring so lots worth not just to us as a company and also for our buyers, customers as well as our sellers. And we'll help to give an insight into how we can grow over time, in the same way we've observed it benefit us as a way to get it noticed. So seeing that called out at the beginning of it being the beta-stages that are similar to it was great, because that means other people see the value also.
Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our values for the company to Be different, Be aware and take action with urgency. I'm curious about your opinions on these new values.
Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: The key to them is following the right path and knowing what's right. This means that they are actually looking into it, delving deeply into the matter, and then deciding fast and quickly before making a decision. It's a fact that I am adamant about this each and everyday... as well as taking an examination of other employees and members of the Support Team also, I mean, that they share the same principles with our clients as well as with clients every single day. They're at the forefront in the lead, on the front lines looking for understanding and executing swiftly, as it's an essential part of being able to do these things. As an organization, and nobody can be able to keep working alongside us.
Louise Cherry Barber:What advice can you offer to people who are in the same situation ? Are you sure that anybody would want to follow these values? What suggestions do you have regarding how you can make them evident?
Danica Larsen I can only -You know that I speak only from my viewpoint. Most important is to keep an eye on the situation to the maximum extent that is feasible. When working with different accounts, businesses and sellers, every one whom we interact with must be aware of the requirements as well as the true motive behind the desire, determines what we do and the way we should behave. This is the "seeking knowledge" and accomplish it without not being aware. This is my pro tip number one simply to be listening to the opinions of others.
