Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I am pleased to announce that you have been selected as our Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! So please tell me the significance of you to win the Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt was really nice to be truly touching to realize that I put a lot of myself -- my interesting persona throughout my day. And it was nice to see that other people had seen it, and that it was welcomed and recognized positively and it wasn't just for achieving a specific number, which is previously how I might have been acknowledged and the other jobs I've had, but also for the kind of person I am, and all the accomplishments that I've achieved in addition to a specific number. It was very nice to be recognized for who I am as a person. It was really touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome and well deserved. And one thing I am interested in is for you to discuss your top moments, like the stories you were interviewed, or even specifically, the work that you completed on the benchmarking program has been praised by some people. Tell us a little bit about this?

Danica Larsen:Yes, I put in so much work, like I'm so excited to see that recognized. I'm sure I was slightly surprised find that the benchmarking program was one of the items which was mentioned, I think, because it's still in its early days and there's plenty of work to be completed. So I'm thrilled to see that people are thrilled about the initiative. Because it's going to provide many benefits, I truly hope that it will bring so lots of value not only for us as a company however, for our customers, our sellers, too. And we'll help with the ideal scenario of giving the company some insight on the best ways to grow in the long term, what we're seeing works well for us as a way to make it a hit. That's why seeing it announced already at the first sort of like beta stages was really cool, because that means many others see value also.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our corporate values to include: Make a Difference Learn to understand and act with urgency. I'm curious about your thoughts on the updated values.

Danica Larsen What they are is doing the right thing as well as understanding what doing the right thing means. So actually investigating, digging into the issue, then acting quickly and making a decision. And I genuinely can stand to this every single day... And taking a look at other employees in members of the Support Team and the Support Team is a sign that they live the ideals with our customers as well as with our buyers each day. They're on the front in the lead, on the front line, seeking understanding and acting quickly, because that's an essential part of being able to accomplish these things. When we fall apart as business, no one will be able to continue working with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What tips can you offer to people on the other side ? Who would like to live these values? What suggestions do you have on how to make those come to life?

Danica Larsen The only thing I have is my perspective. -- you know, I only speak from my perspective. The most important aspect is to be as attentive as possible. If you're dealing with different accounts, the businesses selling, the customers, anyone that we're working with, knowing their requirements, and understanding the motive behind the need that determines what we can do and how we should behave. This is the "seeking understanding" that achieve it without paying attention. This is my number one tip for success Listen to the people around you.
