Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you for winning the Springie award. It's been a long time since we announced it. We hope you're slightly surprised when we announced it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely, I was incredibly surprised. You know, what we have in a team -- in our PSI team. One among the best group of individuals I've been a part of, and hearing what they were saying about what I do was incredibly touching. However the same phrases can be turned around and aimed towards each of them. All of us have each others backs. Anything that one of us do individually takes credit for as a team as well as good and bad. When something isn't working it's our responsibility to jump in together in order to fix the issue. So I couldn't have done it without the help of my friends. They are very important to me, and, I mean greater than the award absolutely. But the award definitely felt great to get.

Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. And it was really special being an observer and hearing the team members being able to gather telling stories about your experience. It's also great to hear that the team's importance can be to your experience in this place. If you consider this award, the Springie Award, and living up to the values of making a difference, seeking to understand, and Acting with Urgency What advice would you give to the people -- you know, you've spent almost nine years. What do you think -- in your daily life, live by those values? What are the best ways to apply them in your life?

Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved in a variety of companies with different values. and the values we're living right now r in a way mirror my fundamental values. Therefore, not living these values seems strange to me. It's not a conscious effort which I want to achieve. Just the way I approach everyday life. Making a difference, understanding, and being urgent about your work are essential principles, which are the basis of the way I conduct my business each day. You know, we're working closely with sellers who have been enrolled. And you know, empathizing with them, helping them know what the issue is and then figure out the answer quickly and offer them the very best service in selling is my way of living my daily life. And it's great that we have a business that is like the way I already do it and I don't need to think about it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple to forget about it, when it's a part of your identity. In reflecting on your experiences here, what have been the most enjoyable things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been with you for a good while. However, at the core of it, I'm jazzed to get my job done I mean, so how come? It's because, as I've already mentioned that the people, the people I work with, it's best when you're in the classroom. The platform we are able to use, within the merchant of record space We are the leaders and I have the privilege of working with these amazing individuals to shape our future . That's why I'm still here.
