The idea of a space for you to post information (without even having a website!) when we launched our email newsletter service natively ("Posts") in Oct. We've now made Posts the place it is possible to build and create the community surrounding your content with the addition of Comments and Likes.

Your users can participate as they would on other popular platforms by liking posts and comments, posting their own comments and editing or deleting them.

Commenting on a post

It is possible to turn off, enable the options anytime - giving you full control over the community experience.

Enable or disable comments and likes

As an admin, you can view any published Post while logged in to your Dashboard. Additionally, you can comment on it and edit abusive ones. You can also track the engagement level of all Posts and sort those with the highest amount of liked and commented on to guide any future Post topics.

Track engagement in the dashboard

Make sure members come returning for more, with updates

Users are more engaged whenever they feel that the community is active, so they'll get notified of any new comments like their posts if they've got posts open in their web browser. It is not available to members as a default (and it's not supported in the case of iOS and Chrome on Android) However, they are able turn it on from the Posts Index page.

Get notified of new likes on their comments

Improve retention of members by encouraging comments and Likes

Consider the possibilities is possible by focusing on your participation as a synergistic, unified community. We hope this opens a world of possibilities!
