My community is known as Conscious Collective It's designed for those who are ready to embrace their power and potential. We recognize that we're all connected and we're all in this together, and we bring that awareness into spirituality. There is the opportunity to train and the opportunity to challenge ourselves for mindfulness, meditation as well as personal growth and a focus in making the practice of spirituality simple to access, enjoyable, and accessible. The innovative challenge system, the Live Room as well as the leaderboard feature.
What is the structure of your community?
There are two major circles inside Conscious Collective for now. As we expand, we'll be expanding. The majority of our activity takes place in "The Forum". This is for general conversation on all topics, challenge discussion and sharing, as well as invitations to events that live. Also, we have the "Spirit Market" community for those who wish to showcase, purchase or sell their metaphysical art and accouterments. Weekly challenges, group meditations, classes, and other events are hosted inside The Forum / Live Room (which is so much better than Zoom btw!). The Forum is adding virtual coworking as well as art night and oracle night this month.
I also use the new platform for my advanced membership and my VIP mentorship group.
A recent community win
People are really embracing the site. Members are asking for things such as art nights, oracle nights, and a few other things, and want to be involved and even hosts.
A top tip for all others Heroes
The Leaderboard is fantastic! Each month, we give away a prize to the winner. The prize this month was a bag of Onyx Coffee, one of the top roasters of coffee across the US. The prize isn't huge and it's not a huge deal, but it brings an element of enjoyment to the competition, and has been great for participation.

Stylist Soul Tribe is a mastermind-like community in the industry of beauty. It is comprised of 20 tribes of stylists, salon managers, educators, and brilliant entrepreneurs with great concepts. We meet every month to make ourselves accountable to discuss goals, set goals, lift each other up and help one another through the lows. It really is a community like no other with many strong friendships formed.
What is the structure of your community?
The latest portal available within lets our mastermind group scale on a whole new scale. It allows us to hype our fellow members up with contests, celebrate wins and make even stronger connections. Live conversations and lessons is another useful tool to keep engagement up.
A recent community win
The biggest win to Stylist Soul Tribe this year is we hit 100 people in our mastermind community and are so excited to launch Stylist Soul Tribe in January and grow even more! We have a vision casting workshop happening soon where we will discuss mindset and working with vision along with the full cycle of success.
Top tip for other Heroes
A tip that I could give you is to create space for your community creatively. A lot of the biggest suggestions and enhancements in the mastermind have been generated by people in the mastermind. A lot of connections have occurred naturally because of allowing the room for it to occur. has given me the tools to put a system in place that runs seamlessly so that I can show up as authentically as I can for my friends.

The Kathy Keats Community is a wonderful collection of pet lovers who realize that achieving your full potential in dog sports (or any other activity) doesn't just involve developing skills, but rather about growth. You can't kid a dog. Dogs are incredible mirrors that humble us, challenge us, expose our flaws and encourage us to do more effective ... in their honor as well as for us and for those around us.
How is your community structured?
The process is still in the trial stage of establishing the most effective method for my audience. As of now I'm making use of (or I'll be using) it three ways: one is as an addition to online courses or as a supportive accountability community with its own membership the third option is to use it as a place to engage my podcast audience and integrate people into my network. I utilize a mixture of live meetups with the Live Room feature and Challenges to keep people engaged and focused in classes. I also make weekly posts for my community members and are planning to implement chats in the community area in order to know which topics and guests might be interesting in my podcasts.
A top tip for all other Heroes
If you're planning to use community in conjunction with online courses, consider onboarding the community section first prior to the date of your course's official start and engage your learners there with an opening week live event, challenge, or leader board scavenger hunt--because the community is where the bigger learning curve is, then open your course area. This will help prevent overwhelm and make it easier to connect back to specific lessons in the course.
Recent community wins
The most recent course was a huge hit, largely because many of my clients aren't techie but could easily take part in live Q&As thanks to the simple user interface. I've had more face-to-face live engagement in the community than I have ever had using other tools for conferencing because the technology wasn't getting out of the way.

My community, the Level Up Club is a place for entrepreneurs, creatives, and innovators to meet and meet like-minded individuals who want to grow, level up, and make a positive impact in the world.
How is your community structured?
There are currently two Access groups "The Community" which is available for free to join. The other is "The Golden Circle Mastermind" that is my mastermind group. There are five circles in my group; one community is one to post general content, Bookish is for talk about books and podcasting to be precise, for podcasters. Also, NLP and Hypnosis for people who want to talk about that, and one only to my masterminds. These challenges have been a lot of enjoyable and the community is loving being involved. So far the challenges have been for getting to know each other in addition to health and mindfulness related. Meetups are an excellent opportunity to introduce new people into your community by sharing the event through social platforms.
